BAB 2 Perilaku Etika dalam Bisnis 2.1   Lingkungan Bisnis yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Etika Tujuan dari sebuah bisnis kecil adalah untuk tumbuh dan menghasilkan uang. Untuk melakukan itu, penting bahwa semua karyawan dipapan dan bahwa kinerja mereka dan perilaku berkontribusi pada kesuksesan perusahaan. Perilaku karyawan, bagaimanpun dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal diluar bisnis. Pemilik usaha kecil perlu menyadari faktor-faktor dan untuk melihat perubahan perilaku karyawan yang dapat sinyal masalah. 2.2   Saling Ketergantungan antara Bisnis dan Masyarakat Bisnis melibatkan hubungan ekonomi dengan banyak kelompok orang yang dikenal sebagai stakeholders, yaitu pelanggan, tenaga kerja, stockholders, suppliers, pesaing, pemerintah dan komunitas. Oleh karena itu para pebisnis harus mempertimbangkan semua bagian dari stakeholders dan bukan hanya stockholdernya saja. The Last Words           The sadness moment in my life is when my father died. One night, my father told me if his chest was pain. He cried. And then, my mother took him to the hospital. When the doctor examined my father, she said that my father had a heart disease. He was sick for a week.           A week later, my father wanted to go to work but my mother said to him that he shouldn’t go to work. At night, my father’s friend called my mother. He told her that my father was fall. My mom cried. She and I met my father at the hospital. That day is the last day we met him. When I met him for the last time, he said to me “You have to take care of your mom and your brother. I love you so much”. It is the last words from my father to me. I love him so much.
